EMS FISICO is Richmond's first Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) fitness provider. Serving the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames since 2019 EMS FISICO uses the award winning wireless XBODY Activewave full body suits. In the summer of 2021 EMS FISICO will open the UK's first EMS studio dedicated to group classes right in the heart of Richmond.
Studio Address (opening summer 2021): 11 Litchfield Terrace, Sheen Road, Richmond, TW9 1AS (next to Gails Bakery, just up from Waitrose, approx. 5 minutes walk from Richmond Station).
